The University builds strategic linkages with government agencies, private institutions, NGOs, and global partners to strengthen programs, broaden opportunities, and promote sustainable development. These partnerships allow UV to share expertise, exchange best practices, and develop initiatives that benefit both the university and the communities it serves.
