Program Description
This program is designed to equip students to gain more knowledge on Advance Practices and Quantitative Research to Engineering Project Management. Provides an introduction to the use of quantitative methods in research. Emphasis will be on achieving an understanding of quantitative methods and associated statistical techniques considered so that you can think critically about suitable procedures for research, design, collection and analysis of data, and the usefulness of data, and the usefulness of statistics.
Program Educational Objectives (PEO)
- Advanced knowledge and skills in a specialized interdisciplinary or multidisciplinary field of study for professional practice in solving complex engineering management problems leading to improvements and innovations while taking into consideration the environmental, social and economical requirements ;
- Self β directed research, professional and creative work and initiate on the transfer of research into useful technologies.
- Lifelong learning with a highly substantial degree of independence that involves individual work or teams of interdisciplinary or multidisciplinary experts and professional development activities and
- Assume leadership position in industry, academe, government, or private sector with consideration to social and ethical responsibility
- Take a multidisciplinary approach using the integration of engineering, management, quality and risk analysis.

Graduates of the Master of Science in Management Engineering program are expected to:
- PO1. Utilize complex research/creative work and/or professional practice and/or the advancement of learning with full independence in individual work and/or in teams of interdisciplinary or multidisciplinary setting to guide organizations through strategic planning, integrating innovative strategies for teaching and learning.
- PO2. Apply of more complex setting that demands leadership in research and creative work with strategic value added.
- PO3. Provide school and instructional leadership by effectively managing the operations of academic institutions, creating a student-centered learning climate, and manifesting positive personal and professional attributes.
- PO4. Utilize the principles and models of organizational leadership to manage organizations, promote positive human relationships and facilitate change for holistic organizational development.
- PO5. Apply statutory and regulatory policies mandated by governing bodies to address legal and organizational issues.
- PO6. Conduct studies and evaluate current research, utilizing a wide array of statistical tools to analyze and solve complex organizational and instructional issues within an educational organization.
