UV Halad Pasalamat Year 12 Offers Free Community Services

UV invites the community to participate in Halad Pasalamat Year 12, featuring free medical checkups, massages, haircuts, legal consultations, government services, and a job fair, promoting health, well-being, and community partnerships.
The University of the Visayas (UV) will host Halad Pasalamat Year 12 on Saturday, February 7, 2026, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM at the UV grounds, offering free medical, non-medical, legal, government services, and a job fair open to the public.
Medical services include tooth extraction and cleaning, medical consultation, bone screening, cholesterol and blood sugar tests, uric acid testing, free medicines, and music, arts, and movement activities for all ages.
Non-medical services comprise foot reflexology, dry and wet massages, haircuts, shoe repairs, product samplings, freebies, and orientation on newborn screening.
Legal services offer consultations on civil and criminal cases (without case handling), drafting, and notarization of simple affidavits.
Government services include LTO driver’s license renewals, vehicle registration, free TDC, Pag-IBIG inquiries and updates, PhilHealth registration and record updates, PSA PhilSys registration and civil registry services, and SSS E-Form assistance.
The job fair will feature Virginia Foods Inc., Atlantic Hardware, BDO, QQ English, Generika, Aerophone, and IPI.
