UV Grad Lands At Top 3 In Criminology Licensure Examination

Franz Jury Pacaldo Insao of the University of the Visayas (UV)secured 3rd Place in the February 2025 Criminology Licensure Examination.
The Professional Regulations Commission (PRC) announced on Friday, March 7, that 22,245 out of 36,768 (60.50%) successfully passed the CLE held on February 5-7 at various testing centers all over the country.
Insao ranked third overall with an average of 91.85 percent and the only placer in Cebu.
He is the second board topnotcher from UV in less than a year. In May 2024, Rita Jean Bagsican Cabunag ranked 9th Place with an average of 91.00 percent in the March 2024 Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET).
