The University of the Visayas hosted the highly anticipated BALIK UV Grand Alumni Homecoming Barrio Fiesta and Campus Tour last January 13, 2024, within the UV-Main Campus premises.
The event began with the distribution of Homecoming Kits, followed by the performances of the UV Drum and Bugle Corps Palabas and UV Filipiniana Dance Group.
Moreover, a Holy Mass was conducted at the Alliance of Two Hearts Chapel, led by the Student Affairs and Services Center (SASC) and UV Choir.
The Barrio Fiesta was held at the UV Gymnasium, featuring an intermission number from the UVFDG and UV Choir, acknowledgment of Batches and Alumni Chapters, and followed by the salo-salo which concluded the occasion.
Present were the UVAAI Officers, Alumni Batches and Chapters, College Deans, Program Coordinators, Faculty, and staff who contributed to the success of the event.
