Program Description

This program provides new technique and ideas to equip the students who are school administrators and aspirants, the supervisory skills and leadership appropriate in the school and organizational setting. Managers as leaders are exposed to the multi-dimensional areas of concern in educational leadership. Moreover, the program fully prepares the graduate students with research-based principles and appropriate strategies as bases in conceptualizing a responsive program delivery of educational leadership and management. Program Policies
  Qualification for Admission

This program is open to graduates of bachelor’s degree in elementary or secondary education or its equivalent. Students entering from fields other than education must have completed a minimum of 18 units of undergraduate professional education.

  Reminders
  • An INC grade will be given to students who failed to comply with the final requirements of the course;
  • INC grade should be complied within one year, otherwise a grade of 5.0 will automatically be reflected on the report card;
  • The maximum units to be enrolled for each trimester should be strictly observed;
  • A comprehensive examination will be given after the completion of all Level 1 courses;
  • The Thesis writing course can only be taken after passing the comprehensive examination;
  • A schedule for Proposal Hearing and Final Oral Defense will be posted. Application must be made within the approved schedule only;
  Compre Exam / Terminal Paper

After completing the academic requirements of 36 units, the doctorand can apply for the Comprehensive Examination which will cover the basic courses, major courses, and cognate courses.

  Requirments for Graduation

Six (6) Hardbound copies and a soft copy of publicly defended practice-based dissertation.
