Graduates of Master in Public Administration (MPA) are expected to demonstrate the following within three (3) to five (5) years after graduation:

• KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & VALUES : Demonstrated advanced knowledge and skills in a specialized, interdisciplinary, or multidisciplinary field of study for professional practice, self-directed research, and/or lifelong learning acquired as a post-baccalaureate graduate of business administration or in any related field, within three (3) to five (5) years of relevant work experience
• APPLICATION : Application of the acquired advanced knowledge and business acumen skills that create value and drive growth for the organization in a complex local and/or global business environment through self-directed research.
• DEGREE OF INDEPENDENCE : Exhibits a highly substantial degree of independence that involves individual work or teams of interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary experts.
