UV Alumni Shine at Coast Guard District Central Visayas 58th Founding Anniversary

The University of the Visayas proudly recognizes its alumni, including CGLT Howard Dwight Q. Dolino and PO1 Joel Baring, for outstanding achievements during the Coast Guard District Central Visayas 58th Founding Anniversary held on November 21, 2025, at Parklane International Hotel, Cebu City.
Celebrations at the Coast Guard District Central Visayas highlighted the exemplary accomplishments of UV alumni. Their professionalism and commitment to public service reflect the values instilled by the University.
CGLT Howard Dwight Q. Dolino, UV CRIM 2011, was awarded CGDCV Junior Officer of the Year for Administration, while PO1 Joel Baring, UV CRIM 2006, received CGDCV Non-Officer of the Year recognition. The University of the Visayas proudly commends their dedication, integrity, and service, which continue to inspire students, faculty, and the broader UV community.
