Present during the launching of the partnership and the new Center of Excellence of the College of Engineering, Technology, and Architecture were no less than the president of the University of the Visayas – Dr. Conrado Iñigo Jr., Dr. Rosemarie Cruz-Español – Chief Finance and Administrative Officer, Dr. Annalou Cabuenas – Chief Academic Affairs, and Engr.
