VISION
To provide internationally recognized programs in accountancy, management accounting, business administration, hospitality and tourism management, customs administration, and office administration committed to academic excellence, transformational and innovative business education.
MISSION
2. Provide a globally competitive undergraduate programs that are relevant, functional and attuned to the requirements of industry.
3. Empower our students with professional core competencies relevant towards the practice of profession, and develop their capabilities to exercise sound judgment, problem solving and business decision-making to be responsive to the changing local and global industry requirements.
4. Implement the university extension program guided by the established extension thrusts that is aligned with the CBA programs.
5. Develops a CBA community that is God-centered, nationalistic and globally competitive professionals with proactive values and attitudes.

The Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) program was granted its Level III, 1st Reaccredited status by the Federation of Accrediting Agency in the Philippines (FAAP), and by the Philippine Association of Colleges and Universities Commission on Accreditation (PACUCOA)
The Bachelor of Science in Hospitality management (BSHM) program was granted its Level III, Reaccredited status by the Federation of Accrediting Agency in the Philippines (FAAP), and by the Philippine Association of Colleges and Universities Commission on Accreditation (PACUCOA).

The College of Business Administration adopted the Ladderized Education program for the BS in Hotel and Restaurant Management. Under this program, TESDA granted the HRM Dept. of the CBA the authority to offer the following:

The State of the Art HRM Mini-Hotel (the first in Cebu) was launched.
