PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
The program provides general accounting education to students wanting to pursue a professional career among the four major fields of accountancy, namely: public practice, commerce and industry, government, and education. The graduates of this program qualifies to take the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Licensure Examination to be given by the Professional Regulations Commission, as well as assessments leading to certifications in Accountancy to be given by the Global Professional Accountancy organizations.
The Accountancy program provides a foundation of professional knowledge, skills, values, ethics and attitudes geared towards producing competent and ethical professional accountants who can adapt to change throughout their professional lives.
