OBJECTIVES
- To instill among prospective maritime personnel, intellectual, moral, spiritual and social values tempered with a love of god, fellowman, and country.
- To provide general education and technical training responsive to local, regional, national, and international maritime needs.
- To develop a keen sense of understanding of the basic aspects of maritime profession through research; and
- To train cadet-midshipmen in leadership and service as well as develop discipline, and integrity among them.
